How much do you charge to come out to the house?

We have a service fee of $89.00 to come out to your house, diagnose the problem you are having and give you a written estimate before any work is done. If you decide to go ahead with the repair the estimate is FREE we waive the service fee and you only pay for parts and labor.

 How do you determine your labor fee?

It all depends on what we have to do, some repairs are less difficult and less time consuming so it will be cheaper while others are more complex and take longer, we will tell you up front before anything is done.

What is your warranty?

All of our work comes with a 2yr warranty on parts and 90 days on labor.

DISCLAIMER: LG & Samsung warranty is 90 days parts and labor.

What forms of payment do you take?

Master Card/ Visa, Cash, Checks, Debit Cards

Do you carry parts on your trucks?

Yes, we carry all of the updated parts to complete over 95% of all jobs on the first appointment. We only carry brand new, never installed parts from the manufactures specifications.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, we offer $25.00 off any repairs.
