I am proud to be the owner of such a fine organization. I started as a helper for my father in-law 25 yrs ago, I quickly learned the values and good character and true leadership. We at Apex Appliance Repair believe in great customer service and honesty. When either I or one of our experienced Techs arrives at your home, we bring our own personal values with us, we will be respectful to your property, and above all, we will be honest. We will diagnose your problem, give you a written estimate before any work is done and complete the repair as quickly and efficiently as possible. If we feel your machine is not worth repairing, we will tell you that.
My business has been around for 25yrs on that kind of straight up honesty, and I’m proud of it. We are a small company but have a sophisticated operation. We answer your calls 24/7 and have emergency service available anytime, and we have State of the Art computer software to keep track of all of our customer’s history, so if you ever loose you warranty receipt, no problem, we have it. We all have our own families with our own children, houses and similar responsibilities as our customers do, so we know that we are always held accountable for all of our actions, not only for our customers but for our own families as well. This is why we guaranty top quality workmanship from all of our staff. We guaranty all of our work for 2yrs and will stand by everything we do, if for whatever reason we cannot fix your problem we will give you a full refund. We built our reputation with hard work and dedication and love to have the opportunity to serve you as our customer.

Ray Muller: Service Manager/Tech
I have been a service Tech for Apex Appliance for over 10 yrs, and I am very proud of the service we offer to our customers. We don’t push sales like larger companies and we don’t try to sell you cleaning packages like some other companies, we are in the business to serve you. We look to fix your problem and make your life simple again, for the lowest price possible, because we all know what a pain it is when something breaks out of the norm. I have several electronic training course degrees and continue my education yearly, flying to different parts of the country attending new product training seminars. I am certified in refrigeration and front load washer technology. I am also gas appliance certified and carry an EPA certification as well.

I am currently working with Apex Appliance Repair & Air Duct Cleaning, servicing and cleaning Chimney’s and Dryer Vents. I started over year ago and I am proud to have found such a great company to work for. I started my career at Apex 2 years ago. I brought with me 5 years of experience in all types of Air-Duct cleaning. I have done commercial, residential and industrial cleanings. I am an expert in residential dryer vent cleaning, and really care about a person’s home safety. It is very important to me to do the very best job possible so we all share a good piece of mind. Working at Apex is complimentary to my beliefs, Tom and the crew all feel the same way when it come to excellence and safety. It is a great place to work and grow.
